Cross the Shira Plateau with stunning views of Kibo.
Acclimatisation climb to 4,640m, descend to Barranco (3,960m).
Scale the Barranco Wall, short trek to Karanga Camp.
Reach Barafu base camp (4,640m); rest before summit.
Midnight start → Stella Point → Uhuru Peak (5,895m) → descent to Mweka.
Final descent, certificate ceremony, transfer to hotel.
